So the nutritional adjustments have been going fairly well. I’ve had some mishaps and a couple of “cheat meals”, though I noticed that compared to when I ate clean meals, if I consume a lot of sugar or carbs I feel horrible. Sleepy, drained, crashed, etc. Totally not worth it to binge on those things anymore if that’s what happens to me. I feel better and more stable in terms of energy when I focus on vegetables and protein. And when I weighed myself at the gym today, it seems I have already lost five pounds (though I am not concerned with numbers so much as my health). A promising outlook for sure, as all of this appears to be working already!
